I first started teaching in Mexico in the seventies.
I have taught at the University of Minnesota, Oxnard College, Anoka Ramsey, and Minneapolis Community and Technical Colleges, several school districts in California, and the Instituto Cultural Mexicano-Norteamericano de Jalisco, Mexico (teacher coordinator, administrator, and chief teacher trainer in a school of 5000 students!).
I have taught Spanish, English as a Second Language at the college level, teacher preparation, writing, basic and remedial education, and also bilingual elementary education.
I have had experience as a translator in such venues as the World Olympics at Barcelona, Spain.
In addition I have had my own language learning service here and in California. - Maestro Miguel
